Who we are
Ausetrick Tech Center (trading as VIBEZ NATION) is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this platform. Contact: privacy@vibeznation.app.
As controller we decide why and how your personal data is processed, and we are accountable for it.
What we collect
Account data: email address, display name, password credentials, optional avatar.
Content data: tracks, artwork, descriptions and credits you upload.
Usage and telemetry: plays, downloads, likes, follows, playlists, pages viewed.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser identifiers, error and security logs.
Support data: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Order data: purchase, subscription and invoice records received from our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details.

Creating and running your account, publishing your uploads and delivering purchases — performance of our contract with you.
Security, fraud prevention, abuse detection and service improvement — our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable platform.
Marketing emails and non-essential cookies — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
Tax, accounting and responses to lawful requests — compliance with a legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Service providers and subprocessors: managed cloud hosting, database, storage, analytics and email delivery, acting on our instructions.
Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record: personal and order data is shared with Paddle to process payments, manage subscriptions, handle refunds, issue invoices and meet global tax obligations. Paddle acts as an independent controller for that processing.
Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers.
Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, so that you can restore it and so we can resolve disputes.
Transaction, invoice and tax records are kept for 7 years where required by law.
Security and error logs are kept for up to 12 months.
When data is no longer needed it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for stored files, hashed credentials, row-level security so you can only reach your own private records, role-based administrative access, and audit logging of administrative actions.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Essential storage keeps your sign-in session and player preferences. Optional analytics and advertising cookies help us understand usage and fund the free tier.
You can clear site data or adjust your browser settings at any time to manage these; clearing data removes your session and offline library.
